requirements
3 - 5 years customer service, collection or banking experiencestrong understanding of fdcla, as well as other state laws and regulationsunderstanding of debt collection practices and methods in various stages of delinquencyanalytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindsetability to travel for early trainingability to communicate effectively and professionally (written and verbally), work with speed and accuracy, grasp technical information quickly and work independently and as a team member.proficiency in microsoft word and excelbonus points
