What You'll Do
As a Sales Engineer , you will play a key role in supporting sales of Skytron's Clinical Business Intelligence (CBI) products, serving as a technical resource and strategic advisor for internal teams, customers, and IT stakeholders. Your work will directly impact customer success, product adoption, and achievement of sales goals. In this role, you will :
Achieve sales objectives for the CBI categoryLead technical sales support efforts for CBI products by engaging directly with key accounts and prospective customers, particularly IT / Technical Buyers, to drive product adoption and opportunity successDevelop and maintain strong relationships with Technical Buyers, serving as a trusted advisor and technical resourceAct as the subject matter expert on CBI product integration with customer IT systems and infrastructure, offering guidance throughout the sales processCoach Sales Representatives and conduct training sessions on account strategy and inclusion of IT / Technical Buyers in sales plan executionManage beta sites for strategic customers, ensuring smooth implementation and feedback collectionRepresent Skytron at relevant industry trade shows and eventsSubmit timely and accurate reports, including call reports, expense reports, and annual distributor performance reviewsDevelop and maintain an annual personal development plan aligned with company strategic goals, reviewing and updating progress quarterlyWhat You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree from an accredited universityMinimum of 5 years of successful sales or sales management experience in the acute care hospital marketExpertise in navigating the sales process for IT / Technical Buyers, with the ability to become an expert in Skytron's CBI portfolio and related EMR / technology systemsStrong technical background with expert-level understanding of systems integration and IT environmentsProficiency in Contract Management and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)If you require assistance with the application process or would like to request a paper application, please get in touch with Skytron's Human Resources Department at 800.759.8766.
