As Director, you’ll lead a high-performing group of licensed Medicare Advisors, driving sales growth while fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous learning.

• 5–7 years of sales leadership experience, ideally in a call center environment
• Deep knowledge of Medicare, compliance, and quality assurance
