About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead its data security and protection efforts. The CISO will be responsible for driving strategic sales operations, executing ad hoc projects, and managing key people initiatives to enhance the employee experience and organizational effectiveness. This role requires a candidate with a background in revenue operations, management consulting, private equity, or venture capital, and experience in a Chief of Staff or General Manager capacity. The ideal candidate will have a technical background or be comfortable with technical content, be adept at multitasking, and thrive in an environment of ambiguity. They should be intellectually curious about data security and AI, and be willing to make decisions with incomplete information. Key responsibilities for the CISO include innovating new programs, engaging cross-functionally, and operating with high ownership. The CISO will also be involved in structuring deals, and diligence for potential partnership and investment opportunities, and will be expected to be an effective, precise, and concise communicator with a high attention to detail. A data-driven mindset and the ability to ensure that information flows effectively across the organization are essential.
