What You'll Be Doing : Conducting comprehensive eye exams Performing glaucoma testing Prescribing glasses and contact lenses Providing pre- and post-operative care Offering LASIK eye surgery and other eye surgeries comanagement Specializing in hard to fit contacts and computer vision treatment About Us : We are currently a single doctor practice in Fayetteville and opening an office in Myrtle Beach SC. Myrtle beach is 2 hours away and a new doctor can decide where they would like to spend their time practicing. We offer complete eye care exams, glaucoma testing, glasses, contact lenses, pre- and post-operative care. We also provide co-management for LASIK eye surgery and other eye surgeries, sports vision, hard to fit contacts, computer vision treatment, and other vision therapy services. Perks : 401(k) Flexible Schedules Vacation Leave Sick Leave Holiday Pay Paid Time Off Salary : $175,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year What You Need : Doctor of Optometry degree Experience in eye care and contact lens fitting Proficiency in visual field testing, ocular disease management, and optical coherence tomography Knowledge of pre-testing, keratometry, diabetic retinopathy, and refraction Ability to perform eye exams, diagnose and manage conditions such as cataracts and LASIK Skills in patient recall, prescription dispensing, and postoperative care Understanding of ophthalmology, visual acuity, and primary eye care Our Commitment : We are dedicated to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and respected for their unique perspectives and talents.
