Marketing Coordinator

We are currently looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to become part of our collaborative Marketing department. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong work-ethic, very concise and organized.

• Attention to details, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential.
• Very strong writing, editing and proofreading abilities are indispensable.
• Strong interest in wine and the wine industry is essential.

This position is based in our Birmingham, AL office.

The duties and responsibilities of the position include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed) : ALLCollect information from multiple sources and liaise with appropriate sources to write and develop collateral materials to present our company and its portfolio

Proofread, edit marketing & sales documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy and relevance, to market our wine brands

Assist in keeping files and information system in the department up to date and organized

Assist in various tasks including drafting pitches and content calendar, collecting imagery, keeping database up to date, gathering data for recaps, etc.

Assist with events' logistics

Order supplies as needed
