You are an organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented team player with a passion for making things run smoothly behind the scenes. As the Integration Administrator, you will play a critical role in executing the administrative processes that support the successful integration of newly acquired businesses. Reporting to the Integration Manager, you'll work across functional areas to ensure licenses, permits, and documentation are properly handled during each integration. You'll also support reporting, tracking, meeting documentation, and ad-hoc coordination, helping to keep the IMO team on track and informed.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What you'll do :
Core responsibility #1 : Manage administrative documentation for integrations
Ensure timely preparation and / or transfer of business licenses, permits, and certificatesCoordinate with internal teams and Sellers to collect required documentation and dataCore responsibility #2 : Support IMO team operations and tracking
Assist in tracking integration activities and maintaining dashboards or reportsMaintain documentation repositories and help ensure project tools are up to dateCore responsibility #3 : Serve as a flexible support across functional areas
Provide administrative support to various departments during integrationsAttend integration meetings, take notes, and track follow-up items as neededThe team :

Physical Qualifications :
This role requires regular in-office attendance at our Branch Support Center in the Atlanta Metro area when not travelingWork is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate office equipment and keyboardsTravel Requirements :
Up to 50% Travel
