Major / Essential Functions

Work with CCM Program Director to be a role model of professionalism, teach fellows, residents, or medical students, conduct the program in a fashion consistent with the needs of the community, the mission of TTUHSC, and the mission of the program, assist with administering and maintaining a learning environment to educate fellows, and follow all requirements and requests from PD, DIO, GMEC, Department of IM, and ACGME.

Preferred Qualifications

MD, DO, or MBBS board-certified in Critical Care Medicine by ABIM or AOBIM, experience teaching critical care medicine to residents and fellows, and the ability to work with the Program Director to administer and maintain a learning environment conducive to educating fellows in each of the ACGME Competency domains.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in the area of specialization or closely related field plus three years of related administrative and technical experience OR a combination of education and / or years of experience in the area of specialization or closely related field to equal a minimum of 7 years.
