  • Crushing Nightly Service : Command your station with precision, speed, and grace. Every plate that leaves your station should be a masterpiece of quality, presentation, and timing.
  • Keeping Things Sparkling : A truly clean and organized kitchen is a happy kitchen. You'll maintain an impeccably clean station throughout service and ensure thorough end-of-shift cleaning. Top-notch sanitation and safety are non-negotiable.
