Responsibilities Include :

• Collect tax documents and prepare Individual tax returns
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients - email and on the phone
• Obtain or access client's Quickbooks Files, and make necessary changes / adjustments
• Contact IRS and State agencies on behalf of clients
• Tax Planning for self-employed business owners
• Navigate multiple software applications
• Get clients' payroll info and prepare quarterly & year-end P / R taxes
• Make adjusting journal entries and prepare year end financials
• Assist clients with Quickbooks and cleaning up their financials
