Essential Job Functions

Oversee security operations across multiple client sites, ensuring compliance with company protocols and client expectations
Supervise, schedule, and support a team of over a dozen security officers
Conduct routine site inspections to ensure officers are performing duties correctly and post orders are being followed
Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding security concerns, staffing, and service performance
Train new security personnel as needed
Monitor and manage officer performance, providing coaching, discipline, or recognition as appropriate
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and reports from staff, taking appropriate action and completing necessary documentation
Maintain accurate records related to staffing, scheduling, incident reports, and training
Ensure proper use and maintenance of security equipment and vehicles assigned to each site
Collaborate with company leadership to implement security improvements and drive operational efficiency
Maintain readiness to fill in or support staff during call-offs, emergencies, or critical staffing shortages
Enforce compliance with all workplace safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies
Performs all other duties assigned.

Requirements

Prior experience in security management or supervisory roles

Requires effective oral and written communication skills.

Have excellent interpersonal skills and maintains confidentiality.

Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a security or related field

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team

Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations

Ability to maintain professionalism and composure when dealing with clients, staff, and emergencies

Familiarity with incident reporting, scheduling, and basic administrative duties

Skills

5+ years’ experience in leadership (Required)

Police and Military background (Strongly Preferred)

Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

Physical Requirements

Sit, stand, walk, squat, bend, twist, reach above and below shoulder level as needed.

Simple grasping as well as repetitive use of hands and fine hand manipulation.

Frequently required to talk and hear.

Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel and crouch.

Lift up to 15 lbs.
