Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Procurement Agent (Level 2) to join our Executive Transport team onsite in San Antonio TX Tukwila WA or OKC.

Position Responsibilities :

Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.

Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.

Supports sourcing strategies negotiations and documentation of contracts and agreements.

Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in one of the following locations : San Antonio TX Tukwil WA or OKC.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :

Experience working with Supplier Management Supply Chain and / or Procurement practices and processes.

Basic understanding of cradle to grave procurement US government contracting

At least an Intermediate competency level in Microsoft Office products including Word Excel and PowerPoint

Detail-oriented analytical and inquisitive

Extremely organized with strong time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :

Bachelors degree or higher
