Sales Operations Analyst – Merchant Services

Position Overview
We’re seeking a Sales Operations Analyst with advanced Excel / data skills and Salesforce expertise to support lead assignment to the sales team along with reporting functions. This individual will serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert (SME) within the division, ensuring clean data, accurate reporting, and streamlined processes that empower sales teams to perform at their best.
Responsibilities
Manage daily lead assignment, distribution, and tracking processes within Salesforce
Serve as the Salesforce SME for the Merchant Services division, supporting user needs and system functionality
Leverage advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
Partner with sales leadership to ensure accurate territory alignment, lead routing, and data integrity
Troubleshoot Salesforce issues, provide end-user support, and recommend process / system enhancements
Ensure compliance with internal policies and data governance standards
Qualifications
Strong Salesforce experience
Advanced Excel / data skills
Strong understanding of sales operations, lead management, and pipeline processes
Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus but not required
