Reporting to the FP&A Manager, the FP&A Analyst is a key contributor to ChemTreat's financial planning and analysis. In this visible role, you'll prepare regional financial reports, participate in budgeting and forecasting, and conduct in-depth variance analysis. You'll also support strategic decisions through ad-hoc analyses. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in environments focused on change and continuous improvement, communicates financial results clearly, and excels at organization, self-management, and collaboration.

This position is part of the Finance & Accounting department located in Glen Allen, VA and will be onsite.

In this role, a typical day will look like :

• Act as the financial review gatekeeper, conducting thorough accounting research, validating costs, and providing actionable feedback to the accounting team to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate proactively with department leaders to enhance forecasting precision and variance analysis, while supporting the Global FP&A Manager in planning and monitoring departmental costs.
• Build strong partnerships with functional leaders to deliver the financial insights and support their teams need to succeed.
• Champion costing accuracy by leading daily, monthly, and quarterly activitiesworking closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Product Management to keep all costs current and reliable.
• Provide critical investment decision support for global Capital Expenditures (CapEx), partnering with stakeholders to develop and validate capital budgeting analyses (NPV / ROI / IRR) and communicate recommendations in line with ChemTreat's Delegation of Authority.
• Oversee global capital expenditure requests, managing the review, analysis, approval routing, and tracking against forecasts.
• Analyze trends in key performance indicators, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures to uncover actionable insights.
• Play a vital role in budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial reviews, supporting functional teams with expert analysis.
• Deliver impactful ad-hoc reporting and analysis to address emerging business needs and drive informed decision-making.

US ONLY : The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
