• Key Responsibilities :
• Provide direct and compassionate patient care in a neurology outpatient setting.
• Prepare and assist with
• neurology procedures
• such as EEGs, EMGs, nerve conduction studies, lumbar punctures, and infusion support.
• Coordinate and document all aspects of patient care using
• EPIC EMR
• Administer medications, injections, and IV therapies as ordered by the provider.
• Monitor patient status and communicate any changes or concerns to the care team promptly.
• Support physicians during exams, procedures, and follow-up appointments.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
• Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies in compliance with clinical and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal workflow and patient experience.
• Qualifications :
• Active RN license
• in the State of Florida (required).
• Current BLS certification
• (required).
• Prior neurology experience
• in an outpatient or clinical setting (required).
• Experience assisting with
• neurology procedures
• (required).
• Proficiency with
• EPIC EMR
• preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a
• high-volume, fast-paced environment
• while maintaining attention to detail and compassion for patients.
