We are seeking talented and team-oriented Memory Care Manager to join our Balfour Littleton community where we offer senior living just a few miles away from historic downtown Littleton, CO. We are committed to a work environment of integrity, respect and a customer focus.

Schedule : Full Time

Salary : $65,000-$80,000 (depending on relevant years of experience)

The Memory Care Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the operations of the Heirloom Memory Care program. This role ensures delivery of compassionate, person-centered care that honors residents' dignity, promotes independence, and enhances quality of life through the Art of Living Well philosophy. The Memory Care Manager directs staff, facilitates daily programming, and ensures compliance with all clinical, operational, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Program Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Memory Care neighborhood.
• Implement and sustain the Heirloom Memory Care and Art of Living Well programs.
• Coordinate care with nursing, life enrichment, dining, and other department leaders.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold all company policies and standards.
