Grant Thornton is seeking a Global Head of Product Innovation to join the team. This executive will lead the global product development lifecyclefrom concept to launchacross multiple markets and regions. A key focus will be scaling product development across global centers, driving innovation, speed, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and execute the global product development and engineering strategy.
• Align product and technology roadmaps with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Build and scale product capabilities across international delivery centers.
• Standardize processes and governance to ensure consistency and quality across regions.
• Optimize global resource allocation and leverage time zone advantages for continuous development cycles.
• Lead high-performing global teams across product development.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle : ideation, design, development, testing, launch, and iteration.
• Drive Agile and Lean methodologies across teams.
• Incorporate low-code / no-code platforms such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Alteryx, and other workflow automation tools to accelerate software development and enhance operational efficiency.
• Set engineering standards for scalability, security, and performance.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities.
• Partner with regional leaders, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure product-market fit.
• Communicate product vision and progress to executive leadership and board members.
