Key Responsibilities

Implement recruitment and admissions strategies, ensuring equity in the selection process

Manage the applicant experience and identify systemic barriers to improve accessibility and success

Collaborate with internal teams and utilize data to inform recruitment initiatives and enhance applicant tracking

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related field

Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and improve systems and processes

Advanced proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce

Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Ability to exercise independent judgment in complex situations
