Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related field
Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and improve systems and processes
Advanced proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to exercise independent judgment in complex situations
