  • Sales Consultant Servizi finanziari B2B | Full remote, che contribuisca allo sviluppo della rete commerciale dedicata alla promozione di soluzioni obbligazionarie e strumenti finanziari ad alto rendimento destinati a investitori istituzionali e professionali. L'azienda, in forte crescita, punta a potenziare la propria presenza nel mercato B2B finanziario, costruendo partnership strategiche con family office, societ di investimento e consulenti finanziari. Zona di competenza : Italia, con possibilit di estensione a mercati esteri. Attivit full remote, con piena autonomia nella gestione commerciale.

Cosa farai

  • Promuoverai soluzioni obbligazionarie e strumenti finanziari presso investitori e consulenti professionali.
  • Gestirai in autonomia l'intero ciclo di vendita, dal primo contatto alla chiusura dell'operazione.
  • Svilupperai relazioni commerciali con nuovi partner e prospect nel mondo finanziario.
  • Collaborerai con il team marketing per attivit di lead generation e sviluppo del brand.
  • In prospettiva, potrai costruire e coordinare una rete di subagenti dedicata alla divisione commerciale.

    Requisiti obbligatori

  • Esperienza nel settore finanziario, assicurativo o degli investimenti (es. ex bancari, direttori di rete, consulenti).
  • Conoscenza di strumenti obbligazionari e mercato B2B finanziario.
  • Orientamento ai risultati e capacit di gestione autonoma del lavoro.
  • Ottime doti relazionali e comunicative.

    • Requisiti preferenziali

  • Iscrizione all'albo dei consulenti finanziari.
  • Network attivo nel settore (family office, private banker, consulenti indipendenti).
  • Conoscenza base della lingua inglese.

    • Cosa offriamo

  • Collaborazione con Partita IVA o contratto tramite societ estera (da valutare in base al profilo).
  • Fisso mensile fino a 2.000 , commisurato alla seniority.
  • Provvigioni progressive sulle vendite mensili (fino al 4%, senza tetto massimo).
  • Commissione rete subagenti : 1%.
  • Fisso garantito per i primi 3 mesi, poi legato a obiettivi minimi di vendita.
  • Supporto marketing con lead qualificati da campagne digitali.
  • Possibilit di crescita fino alla creazione e guida di un team commerciale dedicato.
