As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence at a government location. What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergencies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining composure under pressure. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the transportation authority property and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior and assist individuals as needed within the government transportation environment. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency personnel when required, following established protocols. Complete detailed reports and documentation of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines. Minimum Requirements : A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
