Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join a dynamic legal team in The Woodlands, TX . This role offers the opportunity to work on engaging litigation matters with a strong emphasis on insurance defense and trial readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and manage all phases of discovery
- Conduct depositions, prepare for trial, and support courtroom strategy
- Represent clients in insurance defense matters, including bodily injury, property damage, and coverage disputes
- Develop case strategy and collaborate with clients to achieve litigation goals
- Build trial-ready cases through evidence development, witness interviews, and deposition management
