Capitol City Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in beautiful Washington DC is hiring an experienced Human Resources Director.

Responsibilities

• The Human Resources Director assists with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests.
• The Human Resources Director maintains confidential employee records and updates records of current staff.
• The Human Resources Director assists with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing background checks, scheduling interviews, providing in-services in corporate compliance mandates.
• The HR Director organizes orientation for new staff, assists with benefit administration and retention events in the facility.
• The HR Director processes payroll for the facility and other assigned functions.
