Role :

The Wire Cutting Manager oversees all operations related to wire cutting, measurement accuracy, quality control, and inventory flow within the Distribution Center. This role ensures the efficient and safe operation of wire cutting machinery, coordination with warehouse and logistics teams, and adherence to production schedules and customer requirements .

Main Job Duties : Operations

• Supervise daily wire cutting operations to meet production and order fulfillment goals.
• Schedule workloads, assign tasks, and monitor performance across all wire cutting shifts.
• Ensure efficient material flow between receiving, cutting, and shipping areas.
• Maintain real-time coordination with the Inventory, Picking, and Shipping departments to align wire orders with outbound schedules.
• Monitor output for precision, length accuracy, and quality assurance before packaging.
• Track and report productivity, efficiency, and scrap rates; identify and correct process inefficiencies .
