Opportunity Highlights

• Enjoy a beautiful Midwest location approximately 100 miles east of Chicago and 150 miles north of Indianapolis
• The incoming Urologist will thrive in a collaborative urology practice with the freedom to specialize (Uro-Gyn is ideal) while focusing on essential general urology
• Perform all surgeries in our state-of-the-art hospital ORs
• Manage an impressive surgical volume, averaging 90-120 surgeries monthly, with ample room availability
• Ease your financial burden with student loan assistance for recent graduates
• Practice in a community with a demand for urologists, ensuring a steady stream of patients
• Experience a balanced work schedule with dedicated clinic and OR days, plus administrative time
• Receive a guaranteed salary for two years, a starting bonus of $20,000, and quality incentives
