Compensation : $57000-$65000
Scheduled Hours : Position hours are 8am - 5pm 9am 6pm or 10am - 7pm Monday - Friday.

Job Summary :
The Client Onboarding Specialist will lead new retirement plan onboarding and support compliance tasks serving as a primary client-facing contactcomfortable explaining requirements and timelines. The ideal candidate is highly analytical personable eager to learn and entrepreneurial able to build and maintain their own processes / tools. They must be an expert in retirement plan compliance and legal requirements with working knowledge of non-ERISA / governmental plans a plus and stay current on legislative and regulatory changes. Strong communication organization and data skills are required.
