Summary :   The LPN will, in collaboration with a registered nurse, utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation to ensure quality nursing care for the residents.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Deligates and supervises clinical care delivered by certified nursing assistants;
• Provides routine care for assigned residents;
• Administers medications, performs treatments and documents in accordance with Affinity Healthcare policies and local, state and federal rules and regulations;
• Pariticipates in care planning meetings;
• Coordinate nursing care of resident when scheduled for therapy or procedures;
• Accurately and promptly implement physician orders;
