As the Documentation Associate, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, reviewing, and updating controlled documents in compliance with company standards and industry regulations. We are excited to announce an opening for a Consulting Documentation Associate - TEMP in our Accounting + Finance department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in document control and batch records. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, ensuring that all documentation is in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This is a temporary position that requires a high level of attention to detail, organization, and knowledge of financial processes. Responsibilities :

1. Manage and maintain all financial documents, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

2. Verify all financial records, checking for errors or discrepancies and making necessary corrections.

3. File all financial documents in an organized and efficient manner, ensuring they are easily accessible for future reference.

4. Oversee the batch record process, ensuring all records are accurately inputted and maintained.

5. Collaborate with other members of the finance team to ensure all documentation processes are efficient and effective.

6. Conduct regular audits of financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

7. Assist with other financial tasks as needed, providing support to the finance team.

Qualifications :

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Accounting + Finance industry.

2. Proven experience with batch records, verifications, filing, and document control.

3. Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

4. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

5. Knowledge of financial regulations and company policies.

6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

8. Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently.

9. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
