We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Staff Nurse (LPN)

Under the delegated authority of a registered nurse or provider, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) uses sound nursing judgment in provision of nursing care. Performs a variety of both technical and routine nursing services. Collaborates with health care team in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the effectiveness of the nursing care plan. Demonstrates clinical competence.

CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSURES REQUIRED

Additional Requirements : Must pass a medication administration exam before administering medications. CPR / First Aid certification and successful completion of Management of Aggressive Behavior including restraint and seclusion policies, CPI, within 90 days of employment, and prior to assisting in restraining procedures. COVID19 Vaccination requirement.
