We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This position plays a vital role in managing vendor payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Responsibilities :

• Process and verify a high volume of vendor invoices in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and execute payments through electronic transfers, checks, and other approved methods.
• Communicate with vendors to address and resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries.
• Reconcile vendor statements, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records for audit and reporting purposes.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including preparing reports and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline accounts payable processes.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
