Solution Consultant – Tax Technology Solutions

Summary of the Role

As a Solution Consultant supporting both the SafeSend Suite and SurePrep product lines you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth customer satisfaction and product adoption. Youll partner with sales client success and product teams to deliver compelling demonstrations provide technical expertise and influence strategic go-to-market initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys engaging with customers and has a passion for transforming traditional workflows through innovative technology.

About the Role

• Customer Engagement & Sales Support

Deliver customized product demonstrations that showcase the value of SafeSend and SurePrep solutions.

Understand customer workflows and industry challenges to position Thomson Reuters products as optimal solutions.

Support internal training efforts for Sales Client Success and Support teams.

Coordinate with other business units to share customer insights that drive broader strategic initiatives.
