Position Summary : We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead operations at one of our apartment communities. The ideal candidate has a strong background in property management, a commitment to resident satisfaction, and proven ability to manage day-to-day operations, leasing, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, resident relations, and maintenance coordination.
• Lead, manage, and develop on-site staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
• Ensure property meets budget and occupancy goals.
• Execute marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain curb appeal and property standards.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including financials, renewals, and service requests.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, company policies, and safety standards.
