You will leverage your technical knowledge and sales acumen to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction, while building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Technical Inside Sales Representative - Valves Responsibilities :

• Communicate directly with assigned customer accounts via phone and email to understand their needs and provide technical solutions
• Process and manage sales orders using internal ERP / MRP systems
• Provide technical information and respond to customer inquiries to address their questions and concerns
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill requests, expedite orders, and resolve issues
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective and professional communication
• Manage documentation accurately in a fast-paced sales environment

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and technologies to provide expert advice to customers
