The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of carpentry, capable of working independently or leading a small crew, and confident handling complex tasks with a professional attitude. Key Responsibilities- Perform rough and finish carpentry work across residential and commercial projects.- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide construction.- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials with precision.- Install structures and fixtures, including windows, doors, cabinetry, and drywall.- Lead or collaborate with small crews to ensure project efficiency and safety.- Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times.- Adhere to all safety procedures and company protocols.- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Qualifications- 5 years of carpentry experience in residential and / or commercial settings preferred.- High school diploma or GED preferred.- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment.- Ability to interpret technical documents and construction drawings.- Self-starter with the ability to work independently or lead a crew.- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.- Strong communication and time management skills.- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
