We’re looking for a talented and reliable Video Editor based in the Tampa / St. Petersburg area to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about the creative process.

The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Premiere Pro, experienced across the Adobe Creative Suite, and knows how to shape a compelling story through visual media. You'll work side-by-side with Producers, Directors, and the broader post team to bring engaging content to life.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with Producers and Directors to bring concepts from rough cut to final delivery.

Edit with precision and creativity using Adobe Premiere Pro, with a strong sense of pacing and story structure.

Build animations and motion graphics using After Effects (from scratch or via templates).

Handle DaVinci Resolve round-trip workflows for color correction and grading.

Perform in-house audio sweetening and mixes with Adobe Audition.

Create and update visual assets using Adobe Photoshop.

Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting tight deadlines.

Deliver exports in various formats for social, digital, and streaming platforms.

Understand compression, encoding, and all relevant codecs for proper distribution.

Maintain file organization and project management best practices.
