We are currently looking for a Junior Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist that has experience working in a surge recruiting capacity. The ideal candidate will have worked in a manufacturing environment sourcing for operators, technicians, etc. Any prior experience using Workday as an administrator is helpful, as well as any experience in the manufacturing / semiconductor industry. The roles you will be sourcing for have a hiring class every 3 weeks so there are metrics involved for number of hires per week you are expected to meet. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :

• Ability to commute onsite to Beaverton, OR daily
• 1-3 years of experience working as a Recruiter and / or Sourcing Specialist
• Equipment / Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Experience with Workday or similar ATS
• Experience and / or comfortability with a metrics environment
