The posted compensation range of $18.00 - $24.41 / hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

As our Security Officer, you will monitor buildings and grounds on the property to ensure the safety and security of employees, patients, and other visitors. Every day you will monitor the property by walking and driving around the premises. Your security detail could include guarding facility and unit access points, monitoring surveillance cameras, testing new security technology, and protecting all employees / visitors against acts of violence should they arise. To be successful in this role, you'll need the ability to remain calm and take action based on the situation, known facts, and understand the position limitations. You are also expected to respond to emergency codes in a timely manner. Previous experience in security / patrol in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Minimum :

• Six (6) months experience as a Security Officer involving extensive public contact.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid AZ State Driver's License with satisfactory DMV report upon hire and annually.
• American Heart Association-issued BLS card within 60 days of hire.
