Evaluate patients' physical conditions and create personalized treatment plansImplement hands-on therapy techniques and guide patients through therapeutic exercisesEducate patients and their families on proper movement techniques and home exercise programsCollaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient careMaintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic health record systemsMonitor and assess progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessaryProvide emotional support and motivation throughout the recovery journeyStay current on the latest physical therapy techniques and best practicesParticipate in team meetings, contributing to the continuous improvement of patient careEnsure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and safety standardsQualifications
Graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy ProgramValid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the United StatesRecent graduates are encouraged to apply!2-3 years of outpatient experience preferredStrong knowledge of functional exercise techniques and manual therapy skillsExcellent patient care and communication abilitiesAbility to multitask and manage a diverse caseload effectivelyA passion for physical therapy and a genuine commitment to patient careOutgoing and energetic personality with a positive attitudeProficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systemsCurrent CPR certificationKnowledge of current physical therapy techniques and evidence-based practicesStrong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented settingCommitment to ongoing professional development and learningEmpathetic approach to patient care with strong interpersonal skillsThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000. Salary will depend on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. This role is also eligible for discretionary incentive compensation, with the company's incentive plan subject to change. A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k), as well as paid time off, is available, subject to the company's plan terms.
