About the Position
The Accounts Payable Specialistsupports the Finance Director and Payroll & Accounting Specialist byhelping to ensure the accuracy andefficiency of our financial operations. The successful candidate will beresponsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable activitiesmaintaining vendor relationships and supporting the departments commitment tofinancial integrity and operational excellence
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :
Receives andcoordinates the reconciliation of credit card statements with staff purchasesin accordance with the policies & procedures.
Prepare and processpayments to vendors and suppliers
Maintain accurate andorganized records of all accounts payable uploading them to SharePoint able tohelp convert from paper to paperless
Maintain and processfinancial records including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Provide administrative support to theadministrative staff
Maintains high level ofconfidentiality.
Other duties assigned.

Understandingof basic accounting principles and AP / AR processes

Abilityto reconcile financial statement and resolve discrepancies
Abilityto maintain confidentiality and andle sensitive financial information withdiscretion.
ComputerSkills :
To perform this job successfully anindividual must have basic computer skills including working knowledge of MS OfficeSuite including Outlook Word Excel & PowerPoint.
