Overview

Position : Physical Therapist Float - Outpatient

Location : Winslow, AZ and Flagstaff, AZ

Incentives : $5,000 Sign-on Bonus and $350 / month Student Loan Repayment

Schedule : Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Compensation :   Salaried, starting at $76,000 and up, commensurate with experience, PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment program

This position will be split between Winslow and Flagstaff, with incentive opportunities available.
