Field Project Foreman

Looking for hard-working, motivated, self-sufficient members to supervise roofing crews. There is no roofing experience required we are willing to train! This is a fast paced career with plenty of opportunity for advancement within Bone Dry.

Bone Dry is in search of a qualified Field Project Foreman to join our Nashville team. The applicant must have good customer service skills, focus on attention to detail, and be willing to work long days during summer months. This position is for onsite work location of Nashville, TN.

Daily Responsibilities

• Pick up materials with job folder in the morning and send address to roofing crew
• Contact homeowner with ETA
• Arrive at site and set up property protection
• Meet with homeowner to discuss specifics of job / verify materials
• Ensure crew safety equipment in place
• Supervise tear-off and clean up
• Pick up any extra materials the crew requires
• Verify all work is performed to Bone Dry Standard
• Install Counter flashing (We will train those with no experience)
• Help crew with final clean up
• Complete walk through with homeowner
• Collect payment or schedule future payment collection
