Addison Group is seeking an experienced and polished Executive Assistant to join our client's dynamic and fast-paced administrative team. This organization partners with high-profile clients across multiple sectors and values professionalism, precision, and collaborative teamwork.

Job Description :

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to several senior leaders, ensuring seamless operations and excellent client service. This role involves managing complex schedules, coordinating international and domestic travel, preparing documentation, and collaborating closely with a team of other Executive Assistants.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily calendars for multiple executives, including internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, track, and reconcile expense reports.
  • Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, presentations, and business materials.
  • Organize and oversee logistics for events, briefings, and leadership meetings.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and requests.
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to ensure coverage during absences and high-volume periods.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications :

  • 8+ years of executive-level administrative experience supporting multiple senior leaders.
  • Expertise in complex calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; strong PowerPoint and Excel skills preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience in consulting, professional services, or Fortune 500 environments strongly preferred.
  • Polished, poised, and business-professional demeanor.
