Technical Support Specialist

Pay : $17 / hour

Shift : Day shift (specific schedule to be discussed)

Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to clients via phone and email
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
• Manage inbound and outbound support calls professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues
• Collaborate with team members to resolve technical problems efficiently
