Quality Engineer

TBest Services Inc. is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Engineer for a premier client specializing in electro-mechanical assemblies, chassis integration, and cable assemblies.

This opportunity is based in Elkridge, MD and is ideal for a professional who is deeply committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency in the field of electro-mechanical manufacturing.

Employment Details :

Type : Full Time / Temporary

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift

Compensation : $23 - $25

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and oversee rigorous quality control procedures consistent with a commitment to delivering high-quality, cost-effective electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Perform thorough inspections and quality assessments in a controlled manufacturing environment to ensure product compliance and excellence.
• Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to address and resolve quality-related issues while maintaining strict adherence to industry standards.
• Actively participate in the formulation and implementation of Vendor Management Inventory (VMI) Programs and Customer Consignment Programs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing manufacturing processes and reducing cycle times.
• Maintain and manage comprehensive quality documentation and reporting systems in accordance with internal protocols and certification standards.
• Provide quality assurance support to various markets to maintain product reliability and quality of products.
