About the Role

As a Product Insights Analyst, you’ll sit at the intersection of product, business operations, and leadership—turning raw data into insights that directly shape company strategy. You’ll help the organization act quickly on what matters most by building dashboards, analyzing product performance, and presenting actionable recommendations to executives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and product performance metrics to identify opportunities, risks, and optimizations
• Build dashboards, reports, and self‑serve analytics tools for internal stakeholders
• Use SQL and BI tools to uncover insights about product usage and customer behavior
• Prepare executive‑level presentations that translate data into actionable strategies
• Partner with product, engineering, sales, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on priorities
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to evaluate new product features and strategic opportunities
