Please note this is a hybrid role in Culver City, CA. You must be able to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday).

About the Role :

Partnering with product management, design, engineering, and business teams, you will drive projects that deliver innovative capabilities and features to the TV app. You’ll be instrumental in refining processes, workflows, and standards for product management teams, ensuring seamless go-to-market activities. Prepare compelling product demos, executive reviews, and presentations that showcase the value of your work. Your focus will be on creating a consistent, seamless, and engaging user experience across the platform. This is your chance to shine in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities while championing exceptional user experiences and ensuring timely product delivery.

What You’ll Do :

  • Manage projects end-to-end, from ideation to launch.
  • Lead creative workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.
  • Drive project progress, set milestones, and meet deadlines.
  • Organize weekly team meetings and provide regular updates.
  • Maintain product documentation and roadmaps.
  • Manage cross-functional project meetings and reviews, including across time zones.
  • Track and report on project milestones and scope changes.
  • Create compelling product artifacts, including presentations and documentation for meetings, briefings, and launches.
  • Continuously optimize workflow and communication in a dynamic environment.

Must-Have Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager, or Program Manager in technology or digital entertainment.
  • Background in user experience, product management, or creative operations. Experience with operations for Product teams is a plus.
  • Ability to grasp complex concepts and communicate effectively at different levels.
  • Strategic intuition to foster collaboration and cross-product connections.
  • Adaptability to manage projects with varying timelines and evolving needs.
  • Deep understanding of entertainment products and digital services, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Knowledge of the interplay between hardware, software, and services to create exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and the ability to facilitate complex discussions.
  • Objective problem-solving approach to drive alignment in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation experience.
  • Superior organization and prioritization skills.
  • The target hiring compensation range for this role is $85.50 to $95 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
