JOB DESCRIPTION

VLCM is seeking a visionary Vice President of Technology to lead our technical strategy innovation and pre-sales engineering organization. As a key member of the leadership team this leader will shape VLCMs technology roadmap strengthen vendor relationships and ensure that our technical capabilities and solutions continue to deliver exceptional value to our clients.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical acumen with strong business leadership a passion for emerging technologies and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams in the IT solutions and services industry.

WHAT YOULL GET TO DO

• Define and execute VLCMs technical vision and solution strategy across our key practice areas. Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Lead and mentor our team of pre-sales engineers and technical specialists. Foster a culture of technical excellence collaboration and customer-centric innovation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our strategic vendor partners. Align VLCMs technology strategy with vendor roadmaps and partnership goals to maximize mutual success.
• Partner with Sales Marketing and Services teams to create differentiated technical solutions and go-to-market offerings that align with customer needs and business objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert both internally and externally. Represent VLCM at industry events customer engagements and in the broader technology community.
• Ensure technical consistency scalability and profitability across all solution areas. Drive continuous improvement in technical processes resource utilization and delivery quality.
