Our client, based in the Abbotsford / Mission area is looking for a Receptionist / Administrator for their business. This is a very busy company with multiple locations so having strong phone skills, customer service experience and the ability to maintain your calm is essential.
Responsibilities :
- Routing incoming calls to correct departments, greeting / directing customer who come in (not a lot of street traffic)
- Daily cash recaps / deposits include taking to the bank (essential that you have cash handling experience, including balancing daily accounts)
- Posting journal entries
- Assisting AP as required
- Filing / scanning and general administration duties as assigned
- Daily Banking / post office
Office Hours : Monday to Friday 8am – 4 : 30pm
