Marketing Content Manager
National Corporate Housing is looking for an experienced Marketing Content Manager. We are looking for someone who will drive the content strategy and execution for National in collaboration with Sales Teams, Creative Services, and Internal Marketing Managers.
You’ll be customer-obsessed, detail-oriented with a creative mindset and strong B2B copywriting skills. The Content Marketing Manager is a strategic storyteller and creative collaborator responsible for leading the planning, development, and distribution of engaging, high-value content that drives awareness, engagement, and revenue. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the company’s voice and positioning across all digital touchpoints, working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Lead Generation Manager to deliver content that fuels campaigns, nurtures prospects, and supports sales enablement. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and creator—capable of generating original ideas, leveraging AI tools for ideation and efficiency, and distributing content across platforms to meet prospects and customers where they are.

Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Planning Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned to campaign goals, business priorities, and audience needs Conduct content audits and gap analyses to inform strategy and roadmap Define content goals and KPIs aligned with funnel stages and lead gen objectives Collaborate with internal stakeholders to uncover key messages and story opportunities
- Content Creation & Copywriting Write, edit, and produce a wide range of content including blogs, landing pages, emails, white papers, social posts, videos, infographics, and sales collateral Tailor content to specific audiences, buyer stages, and channels Maintain brand tone, voice, and messaging consistency across all assets Leverage generative AI tools for ideation, drafts, and content repurposing while maintaining quality and authenticity
- Publishing & Distribution Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to distribute content via email, marketing journeys, and dynamic content blocks Coordinate with the Lead Generation Manager for content distribution through paid and organic channels Schedule and manage content publication across social platforms and web properties Ensure content is optimized for SEO, discoverability, and engagement
- Sales Enablement Content Create content assets to support sales outreach and nurturing Cadences in Salesforce Engagement for BDRs and GSDs (one-pagers, case studies, call scripts, email templates) Support the development of sales playbooks and objection-handling guides Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously improve enablement resources
Skills
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills across content types and formatsExperience in developing and executing content marketing strategiesStrong collaboration skills and experience working across departments (sales, automation, operations)Familiarity with SEO, digital publishing best practices, and AI content toolsExcellent project management and organizational skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPassion for creative problem solving, content innovation, and brand storytellingCross-Functional Collaboration – Ability to work with creative, operations, and sales teams to fulfill marketing needs.Detail Oriented – Keen eye for details; ensuring high-quality content across marketing deliverables.Qualifications
7+ years of experience in B2B Content and Copywriting.Experience in an integrated marketing function with Salesforce CRM, DAM, and CMS experience preferredMinimum : BS / BA degree in creative writing, business writing, marketing, or similarBenefits :
