Revere Medical is seeking a full-time BE / BC Adult Medicine Advanced Practitioner for a busy employed practice located in Chestnut Hill, MA. Ideal candidates will possess excellent clinical, collaborative and communications skills and have a strong commitment to serve our patient population. Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including adult and geriatric patients
• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Promote health education and disease prevention
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care
