Job Details :

Pay : $ 1,656.00 per week

$600 Additional Travel Reimbursement

$250 early credentialing bonus

13 week contract starting 10 / 14

Location : Phoenix, AZ

3x12 - DAY SHIFTS / 36hrs guaranteed per week

Requirements : Active AZ RT license

Must have at least 3 years experience

Must be able to assist with bronchs

Must have 2 years of strong ICU experience & prefer NICU experience

Must be proficient with at least one of the following : Cervo I, Jets, Oscilators

BLS via American Heart Association
